Website Updates
April 18, 2024:
- Updated the tickertape to better distinguish sites that contain flashing lights/images. I would love to take your suggestions for 88x31 buttons :) For now, just email me links or images.
- Updated the formatting on the About Me page's "Link Me!" tab.
- Shrunk the gallery images on the Artwork page when viewed on a desktop computer.
- Added some art from 2023 on the Artwork page.
- Removed the extra links on the homepage and replaced it with a link to the Guestbook page.
To Do List
This is what I need to work on.
HIGH PRIORITY:Important:
- Implement Freezeframe.js - This will be especially important for the tickertape.
- Upload my artwork archive!! - Time to upload as many web-ready images as I can!
- Implement a tagging system for the galleries - This could operate with my tab sections system, but I don't know how to do that yet.
Low Priority:
- Update the webpage colors? - I need some time to think about what else I could adjust to prevent certain colors from blending into each other, but for now the website overall looks okay.
- Update the dark theme background art - It needs to be replaced with a new original art piece.
- Join some webrings & link them somewhere on the site. - This will matter more once I have my site ready for the public.
- Secure the iframe or remove it - The Guestbook embed may have to be removed if I cannot figure out how to keep it hacker proof.
Ongoing:
- Scale website for 4K displays - The responsive code I have right now is misbehaving a lot >:(
- Make the Theme Switcher button visible on 4K displays - The current responsive layout has made this button hidden.
- Send me 88x31 buttons! - I would love to take your suggestions for the tickertape :) For now, just email me links or images.
- Add more random messages to the 404 page - And I can take your suggestions for funny messages! For now, just email me.
